Purchase Gift Certificates or Gift Packages.

You can purchase gift certificates in specified denominations or gift package certificates. If you choose to purchase a
specified denomination gift certificate you can
combine the available denominations to craft a certificate in the amount you wish to give.

You can also purchase a gift package certificate. You can choose to purchase a gift certificate for 2, 4, 6 or 8 medium lobsters. The certificate
price includes the lobsters and the shipping. This is a great gift for any occasion.

| Recipe Suggestion
|
| 2 Lobsters
|
| Sea Salt, Kosher Salt or Regular Salt
|
- Fill a large kettle 3/4 full of water, allowing about 21/2 quarts of water for each lobster.
- Add 2 TBSP. of salt for each quart of water.
- When water boils, put in the live lobsters one at a time headfirst, completely submerging them. Let the water boil again.
- Lower the heat, cover and simmer.
- Allow:15 minutes for 1 - 1 1/4 pound hard-shell lobsters or 20 minutes for 1 1/2 - 2 pound hard-shell lobsters.
Cooking time can be reduced by 5 minutes for new-shell lobsters.
- Reduce cooking time by 3 minutes for new-shell lobsters.
- Lobsters are done when the outer shell is bright red or the antennae pull out easily. Serve with melted butter.
