Hi Erin, Thank your for your inquiry! We assume you are referring to fillets of fresh haddock? If so, it does vary from time to time. Usually, it takes about (2) fillets of haddock to equal a pound. Depending on the size of the fish caught, sometimes the fillets can be one pound each, but this is less common. The haddock comes in fresh and can be frozen for later use. Hope this helps -
